Commissioned directly by Alleghe Funivie S.p.a., the work involved the construction and installation of a new footbridge to serve the Alleghe cable car departure station, which was necessary to make it safe for cable car users on their journey from the parking areas to the station, moving it from the one on the road bridge to the new bridge dedicated to pedestrians.

The footbridge, with a single-span length of approximately 37 meters, is constructed entirely of Corten steel—including the main and secondary beams, the grating walkway, and the handrails made of circular-section tubular profiles.
The project as a whole also included the construction of several mixed steel-and-wood guardrails to connect the new footbridge to the existing structures.
