Commissioned directly by Alleghe Funivie S.p.a., the work involved the construction and installation of a new footbridge to serve the Alleghe cable car departure station, which was necessary to make it safe for cable car users on their journey from the parking areas to the station, moving it from the one on the road bridge to the new bridge dedicated to pedestrians.

The footbridge, with a span of about 37 meters with a single span, is entirely made of corten steel in terms of both the main and secondary beams, as well as the grating deck and handrails made of tubular profile with a circular cross-section.
The overall intervention also included the construction of some mixed railings made of steel and wood profiles to connect the new footbridge with the existing structures.
