Bertazzon was responsible for the renovation of an existing multi-story building, in which all the intermediate floors and roofing were demolished while retaining only the perimeter walls; in its transformation, the building also changed its intended use, becoming the Flagship Store of clothing brand Zara.
The entire new load-bearing structure was made of steel and the floors with collaborating corrugated sheet metal. The purpose of the work was also to expand the building, which with the new design has 5 floors. To complete the work, Bertazzon also took care of the application of fireproofing on the entire structure.
