Marsascala Boutique Hotel

Bertazzon was contracted directly by the end client to build steel structures that enabled the restoration of an ancient and prestigious palace while keeping its exterior walls intact and demolishing the entire interior. In this way, the client was able to effectively remodel the interior spaces while preserving the architectural merit of the building, which will become a Boutique Hotel by the sea along Marsascala Bay.

The structure consisting of beams and columns was made partly hot-dip galvanized and partly painted to meet the customer's needs while providing adequate corrosion protection.
