A strategic infrastructure to serve the bicycle and pedestrian paths in the area of the commissioning municipalities (Consortium of Municipalities of Rocca Pietore, Alleghe, Cencenighe and San Tomaso Agordino), the footbridge has the function of crossing the Cordevole River just upstream of Alleghe Lake, directly connecting the two banks of the lake itself.
