Officine Bertazzon spa was commissioned to create the elevated extension of the executive offices of this prestigious client in Design & Build, manufacturing a steel and glass structure of approximately 750 sqm on the top floor of the building owned by the client.
The steel structure and glass have been calculated to resist wind pressure and to ensure that the new roof spaces can be used as a terrace. Finally, the entire steel structure was treated with plaster which made it REI60 fire resistant.
